My post is misleading. I was not pushing back on what you said. I was using your "if all is true" comment to lead into a (non-associated with you or your original post) rhetorical question to the collective of what the heck is an "oddball" car like that worth. <br>

Hey no worries. I probably took it the wrong way. We had a layoff at work yesterday and had to let go of some good people. I've been in a bit of a foul mood ever since.
I guess the simplest answer is it's worth whatever someone will pay for it! :)
I have to say that I purchased a relatively low mileage car (65k on an '83). That was not my intent when I purchased it -- I bought it from a friend whom I knew had taken very good care of the car so it was a buyer's confidence thing in purchasing my first Porsche. Before purchasing I had a typical mindset of high mileage = probably abused. But now I think "how could you not DRIVE these cars????" Such a waste...
