Thinking about parting out a 911SC racecar

Market is really slow, especially for racecars, and I'm looking at the list of stuff on my racecar and thinking that at a price of $22,000, I might be much better off parting it out. Here's the ad for the car on Pelican:

FS: 1982 Porsche 911SC Race Car

Would you kind folks be willing to offer me you opinion on reasonable asking prices for these items:

• A fresh 911SC transmission with Guard LSD. Fully rebuilt in 9/2007 with new clutch and mainshaft. Rebuild cost $5,500, plus another $1,795+shipping for Guard LSD. About track 15 days on the transmission since the rebuild. This thing shifts like butter. Transmission is in car. I have all receipts.
  
• A VERY strong completely stock 911SC motor with recently documented <2% leakdown on all cylinders, equipped with SSI exchangers, complete from intake to exhaust, never opened. 98,000 miles, I have owned the car since 1994, motor is in car and running great. No leaks.
  
• Full JRZ front and rear remote-reservoir dual-adjustable struts/shocks. Purchased the rears in 12/2006 for $2,100 and the fronts in 9/2007 for $3,200 (plus cost of donor front struts). These have about 30 days on the rears, 20 on the fronts, and they are in excellent condition. No leaks, have not softened a bit.

I think I can price the rest of the stuff on the car.

I would also consider trading the whole race car or the drivetrain for a street car +/- cash, but I'm only interested in (mostly) stock coupes in the C2/993/Cayman families.
