Ebay drops detailed feedback reporting after 12 months, so certain account holders will switch back and forth between various accounts when they have "difficulties." toolhaus.org has a means of pulling up that older info. It's separate from eBay and they are probably at risk of being shut down by eBay...
Very useful for investigating people.

If that site does get shut down, you will still be able to see all feedbacks from the first one they got, by clicking on their feedback number, then click "all feedbacks". Just will take a little more scrolling
