Value of 2004 996 Coupe

Can you please help with some pricing guidance for a car that I am looking to purchase. The seller is based in the north east and is asking for $36,000. Is that a fair price given the followigng information:

2004 996 C2 coupe.
1 owner car.
45k miles.
Manual Trans.
Blue/gray leather.

Left side door was replaced due to fender bender in 2004 by authorized Porsche body shop.
Owner put in new clutch 20 miles ago, but not the IMS bearing upgrade.

Options:
Porsche Stability Management
Bose High End Sound Package
3 spoke leather steering wheel
Leather covered console
18" light alloy carrera wheels

I don't profess to be an expert, but $36,000 seems high. There have been several well-optioned 996 Turbos asking at or below that level in the past 12 months on AutoTrader, 6speedonline and here on Pelican. Mileage is OK, but by no means low.

I agree not a bargin for an 8 year old car that has had paint work.

Thanks for the feedback, as I am currently considering selling my 3.4L 996 for a 3.6L 996. After 8 years of ownership, I am looking for an upgrade and a car that came with more options since my car is a fairly base model.
