Rear 911 flares

I would like to ask . What is the difference in a RS flare and a SC flare . I bought a 76 Targa and the rear flares have a round lip . Where I bought some flares off of Ebay and it has a straight cut lip.
I will take pics and compare the two

Both pair of the flares are metal.

I was going to use the sc flares on a 70 911 but now I am thinking of parting out the 76 Targa.
I was told the owner of the Targa in the 80s flared out the Targa so he can put wider rims

Thanks for any input on the flares

Flares

This is a picture of the 77 Targa I will be parting out. In the next couple of months

It was sold to me with a bill of sale. The person bought the car in the 80s and he told me that It has a salvage title in someone else's name.He never titled it in his name. This is why I plan on parting it out. He sold it to me as a parts car

I don't know if I can ask this in this thread. I don't want to ask it in the parts for sale area . What is a reasonable price on selling parts off of it.

This is a complete car. I was on planing on keeping the fenders and rear quarters for a future car
.

Its not likely you are going to get your question answered in this section. You should post that you have a car you are parting in parts area.. Be ready for things like wheels, motor, transmission to go first.. Many of the seasoned buyers know what is fair to pay.. You can search specific parts to get a better idea.. Ask for help, there are many qualified folks on here.. Good luck....Tim
