early 911 (longhod original toolkit) value
Trying to determine value of early longhood (1972) toolkit in excellent condition with original case. Only tool missing is long wheel lug nut tool. All other tools are original German and Klein with little or no use with original tri-fold case.
Value? BR |

If truly in excellent condition and you have the right screw drivers, pliers, etc., then somewhere around $1000, alhough I've seen them go higher. The lug wrench is not that hard to source. You might do better by geting the wrench and selling a complete kit.
You may want to try the Early 911S Registry. Lots of early year tool experts there.

Thanks. I did see an early 911 complete tool set advertised from Germany on Ebay that included a Porsche logo towel along with the original 12V air pump. Asking price was $2885.00!! You've got to be kidding?!

Does it have the original spare alternator/fan belt? Those by themselves are worth their weight in gold.

No, the belt nor the original fuse kit did not come with it. All else is original down to the Klein red handled screwdrivers. I was searching for the original lug nut tool, but thus far have yet to locate one.
