993 Turbo prices?

A friend has been sniffing around for a 993 Turbo for a while now. He knows cars, but not computers, so I'm trying to find out what ballpark he would be playing in for a very good driver, but not concours quality with <65K miles. $40K, $50K, 60K?
I'd like lots of ideas, but I'd especially like to hear from 'Techie'. Thanks all.

993tt prices have risen of late
Sub 20k miles seem to be around $85-100k
Sub 30k miles seem to be around $75-85k
Over 30k to 60k miles seem to be around $65-75k
Over 60k miles seem to be $55k-65k
The overlap in pricing seems to depend on what a particular car has as factory option and aftermarket add-ons

Hard to find any 993T trading for under $60k much less under $50k and impossible for $40k unless it has salvage history. Your particular sounds like a 60-65k car depending on options and condition.
