993 turbo 22k miles with salvage title - value?

silver on black 993 turbo with 22k miles. lots of maintenance history but got sandwiched in a chain collision - needed front bumper and passenger light and fender and rear bumper and body work to drivers quarter panel. Looks good but has the title blemish.

what would a fair price be based on title history and miles?
