KBB lists the value at almost that exact number. Does the mileage really warrant such a low price?

considering a rebuild will cost @ $10,000, then yes it does. But i would scoop it up also..

If the car is running and have a decent motor, I'll take it for $13K with no PPI. Test drive the car and decide. Just look at it this way, engine @ $6K, transmission @$1.5K, rolling chassis @ $7K so you would even make some $$$ re-selling it for parts.
