Thoughts on this G50?
The price seems fair but is it getting close to needing a top end rebuild at 101k miles? Other than that it looks pretty clean based on the pictures.

Not a good buy if you are a fan of originality. Tells you a lot about the PO, imo.

Personally I would not buy any 84-89 car that had not had the valve guides addressed unless it was a serious bargain and I could factor in the cost of a possible top end. Just my 2c but I would look for a higher mile well maintained car which had had valve guides done, and preferably no CAT.

It is about average in terms of asking price.
The later wheels are a negative, H4s are a plus -- other mods are hit & miss depending on whether you value them. Hard to tell the condition from the pictures. The engine bay looks pretty clean, as does the paint. Black with a tail is taste driven, but not really desirable. No records, no top end work, it is probably $3-4k too high.
