1973 911rs engine case
So I have a 1973 911rs case 663xxxx 911/83. It's been fully serviced by Ollies in Lake Havasu city, AZ. and is ready to be built. If I were to sell it, what should I ask?

Agree with Matt. But if you were to find the owner of the chassis that matches, +50% or more.

Chassis number would be listed in the Carrera RS book.

IMO $25k. They just aren't making any more, and if for some reason it can't be re united with the chassis and I was building a 'ultimate' personal very detailed hot rod, 20+ is what I would pay for it.

![]() Not that it matters a whole lot, but do the case halves match each other?

If you dont have to sell it...keep it. Absolutely great investment over time. Put the word out with the case number on this site and a few others. Sooner or later the guy with the matching car will come calling...
