Also a good time to "buy or sell"? Where is the logic in that? If "good" refers to a swift transaction it could be true, but a buyer and a seller usually have opposite interests.

It IS a great time to buy or sell a home.

Depending on the home, the location, its condition, its price, and your life circumstances.

Context matters.

Something to think about for those un-named clowns who treat buying cars like buying beanie babies on eBay.

That's the whole joke.
It's a jab at greedy overpaid realtors who are always playing both sides of the coin and making commission either way.
The whole thing is satire.

Well PML, now you're PMB(utton). I'm married to one of those people you have slandered. It appears you have even less knowledge about real estate than cars.

Lack of knowledge does not appear to be a concern of his.

I know a lot of US market cars are being shipped out to Europe, but when I check listings in Europe I see a TON of awesome Porsches. The "rare" colors seem a lot more common. I haven't been following things for long, just an observation from my searches over the past few months. You don't see cars like this - 1977 Porsche 911 SC For Sale by Auction on Car And Classic UK [C469601] - here in the US... which may not be desirable to some, but I love the unique color and interior.

Anyway, just on carandclassic.co.uk alone there seem to be more 911s than any one site in the US, and we're still exporting more of them? Crazy that the demand is that high. Old news I'm sure, I'm just making observations.

Great looking SC but steering wheel in the "wrong" side like most English cars.

The second hand market in the UK is great for buyers, given that right hand drive cars are not good for continental Europe or USA their prices are always significantly lower. The RHD issue significantly affects value. Try to find the same Porsche in Germany.

964 market. This one sold in a day, at least per the pelican ad it did.
Comments from 911 owners only please....

Wait a minute.
Am I mistaken, or is PML, who has been insisting for months that the 911 market is not inflated, and that there are "lots" of solid cars available for under $25K, now comparing the Porsche market to a real estate bubble?

Mileage is the biggest factor in market price.
