Opinion on 73 911e Coupe Project
I found this 73e coupe project for less than $6,000. Owner says it has body damage all around and has rust but solid floors. No seats, no tranny, no tires but has gauges and interior is bad. It seems salvageable. Do you think the price is fair for this project?

Actually, I think $6K is okay for that car. You're going to put a ton of money in it, though.

I never understood why buyers bicker over a few hundred bucks, or even a grand, on a project like this. I realize every dollar matters, but its such a small fraction of the total restoration costs. But a couple hundred to the seller is a significant difference.
