The Area Code 202 (DC) Scammer Has a Fresh C-List Ad
Don't bother calling. Several other posts here about this guy. I called him last week on a long hood. He never would give an address for me to send someone to look at the car. Oddly, I was never asked for a deposit, but several other Pelicans apparently have been dinged.
