Looking at an 87 targa
I have a line on an 87 targa black black 37k mile two owner car. Needs some TLC has been sitting for a few years but still has garage queen potential.
I have not ventured into the torsion bar world in years. Opinions on value of a targa vs coupe? I never owned a targa and have always been a coupe or nothing owner until recently. I was considering offering low $20's I think the owner is looking for more like $25k. I have no other info to offer right now.

If its a true 37k mile car just pay the $25k unless its really trashed.

$25K is a good deal for a car with 37K miles. PPI expected of course. God knows what lurks...
Me, I'm not a Targa guy anymore.

My 86 is a treat. make sure you get Targa bars and a shock tower brace to stiffen the chassis. Easy install and makes the world of difference.. $25K is good to go with a PPI at $37K. 87.. Nice G 50 trans too!
