Recaro Classic C Value?

Any idea what the going market on Recaro Classic C seats is/are? I have a set I would like to move and replace with something more "factory." Seats are black cloth, the latter in decent condition. Air pump, bladders, speakers in headrest, everything works. Built 1970, installed in my '82 SC (go figure that one).

I sold a black vinyl set about 6 months ago for $1300.

built in 1970? what indicates that? I didn't think they were that early.

Apparently they were, because my seats have a build date on them; I found it behind the removable panel on the back, as I recall. I didn't photograph that however. (I do have a shot of a rubber stamp of the original parts seller - a place called "Motorsports Atlanta," in Marietta, GA

interesting. thanks for the info. mine have a tag on the hinge dated 1977. they came in my daughters project car.
