Carrera whale tail with deck lid value?

i hope im posting in the correct section.
im currently shopping around for a used Carrera whale tail for my 87 911 coupe. What kind of prices should i be expecting to see for something used. im hoping to find a factory carrera whale tail with decklid.

a few months back, I purchased a very nice original Carrera tail for $400 with the deck lid for an 87, but the bigger issue is that you'll have to find one local because the shipping really hurts on those things

Market is $700-800 or so for a good lid with tail. There's always a possibility you'll find that's already the color you need.

It took about six months to sell a very nice OEM red one last year. After listing it for sale in all of the usual places I unloaded at Hershey for $450.00.

Shipping is not bad and they will fit nicely in a small U-Haul wardrobe box.

I paid 400 for an orig whale tail for my 84. Excellent condition. I didn't buy the deck lid though.
