It's odd to me that a person gets out of bed in the morning and says to himself " hmmm, I wonder who I can cheat today ?". Wouldn't it make more sense to put the very same effort into an honest enterprise ?????

He's not on the dole, he's probably one of many young men who reply to many ads a day for an organised crime group, more than likely from Nigeria or Eastern Europe.

They all respond saying they are from the UK as this would imply a certain amount of honesty and trust.

I guess to them this is their full time job! I'm guessing there is no dole to be had where they're located.

It's a sad state of affairs, that the only hope to survive in some of these areas is to be involved in corruption.
