Quoted for the reference of those potential buyers. He’s already dropped it from $150k to $125k after less than a week for sale. Offer him $90k guys. He will take it.

The discussion of your car came because it provoked a reaction. For me the reaction was due to a general apathy in what I believe is an out of control modification craze. As I stated, this car represented the epitome of modification without a sports purpose to me.

As far as the fenders, I can appreciate "doing it your way" and you are dead right that the only person who needs to be happy is the buyer.

Here are front flares I did w/ John Esposito.... they were to satisfy me.

Looks great and would you look at that you can lower the front because there’s clearance lol

There used to be a time not long ago that if you built something like this; there was no chance to get your money out of it. It was a labor of love you planed to keep or sell at a loss.

For some reason maybe we can blame Singer for people believing that backdates should all be profitable. I could care less how much went into the build. This deviates too far from the norm and isn't going to be everyones taste. Clearly this is a narrow market with what appears to be more dislikes than likes here. I am around builds like this all the time and some bring huge money and others not so much, irrespective of the quality of the craftsmanship.

And there’s enough people building them that when the builder acts like a petulant pouty child, potential buyers will take their $100k elsewhere. As we do often say around here you buy the seller. This seller hung up his own noise and jumped from the chair.

Sometimes typing on a phone isn't an auto correct thing.

100% agree with what Matt said. Though the build was not to my personal liking it might have been perfect for another buyer. Yet after seeing the responses from the builder if I were in the market to have one custom built I would be taking my money elsewhere

Freddy, don't sweat the hate.
None of these guys is your target market.
The graybeards on this forum basically crap on every single car that ever comes up for sale.
Every car on BAT is a turd garbage scam and is only worth $4500 to a smart man.
I think it makes them feel better about themselves.
Car guys are mostly dicks is the truism.

That orange car looks great.

Both your paint jobs are spectacular
Can you tell us more about the paint process?
Glasurit two-stage. Glasurit sealer and high gloss clear.

Don’t have the skills to build your own Porsche? Go to school and bust your ass to learn. When you do learn, then come to me tell me you are the flare expert. Any questions? Ok I will keep posting my design on this thread till Voodoo Blue sales. How you feel now Porsche expert? ; )

He had a YouTube channel. His 915 shifting video got over 50k hits. And then he took it down.

Good morning!!! I feel fresh and ready to promote my build on this very thread today. Thank you for those private emails on the build and process. Will continue to post significant and substantial information as there are many readers that are listening and engaged on the build. Let's do this!

Sugarwood, today I work for you!
