Just fix that AFM and thank me later, bud Give that finger some new carbon to ride on. I have already forgotten all about you not wanting to give me 928 gearbox oil advice

Matt,
PM me a price for your 914 if you're going to sell it.

Buy it, buy me a dinner in NY and the pretty boy gear head lost out on a future mega classic. Easy to fix once you get to know it.

But FI parts are not cheap.

Christian on "holiday" - looking a bit wild eyed while honing his personal time skillz!

Price Comparison

If real, this one looks like a steal:

I go back and forth. It just sits these days. There's a lot of little niggling things that aren't right about it when it comes to being an LE. I've slowly gathered some of the right stuff but never find the time to install them.

I ripped the wheels and brakes off 3 months ago to revert it to the proper 4 bolt set up. Down the hole... Do I just replace the rotors? But the brakes are now off. Several hundred dollars more and I have properly restored PMB built calipers.

Some guy called me out of nowhere last month asking if it was for sale. Everything is for sale but it is always a question of how hard am I ready to work for the dollars? My sweat equity versus someone else's. Right now I "should" be wrenching. Instead I am watching the Tudor race and having a Sunday off.

You didn't put enough miles on your 928 to change the oil. Plus, I tell you the same thing I tell everyone publicly. People worry too much about the brand of oil. Good gear oil is good oil. Brand doesn't really matter. Where you are use Miller's. Good base oils and good blends.
