No holds barred unless you are not of the political bent of the moderators, that is. Or some whiner gets butthurt and complains. That's one of the reasons I don't go there. 1.) Boring as hell with all the emoting. 2.) Too many thin-skinned whiners complaining about posts to management.

To Ronnie's point - if folks leave because they don't know how to operate the software, well, that seems kind of dumb. Maybe they just use it as an excuse?
