Is this really and "easy fixer"?
I don't mind projects, but this looks like it needs a bit more than "a door shell and rocker panel" Am I wrong?

IIRC, the 993 used special alloys in the rocker structure. The car needs to be pulled on a bench and new pieces welded in.
Easy only in that you take it to the body shop and write a check... Can't imagine it's less than $15K just to get it ready for paint. Plus, you'll very likely have a salvage title... no matter what the seller's claim. Oh, and a Google search will turn up this listing associated with the VIN. So even if not a salvage title, you'll have a heck of a time if you eventually want to sell.
