1970 911E project car value?

I'm thinking of trading or selling this project locally for another 356 project. Its another "whats it worth" post. The car is black (not great paint) and was blue and originally light yellow. I doubt it has been on the road in at least 10 years.

The good:
complete car
solid undercarriage
its currently getting the gas tank support replaced
has 911E engine (in pieces - Ollie's rebuilt the heads and rods)
MFI pump is rebuilt

The bad:
engine is not matching numbers
throttle bodies probably need to be rebuilt
needs pistons and cylinders
dash is cracked
has cookie cutters
some rust bubbling at back of rear window
interior recovered in something ugly

Thanks!

A 'done' 70 E coupe is a $65K car with type matching engine. But this car needs $40K spent to get there.

I would pay $25k in a heartbeat for that car. $65k is a done T value IMHO.

Thanks for the input guys. I hope to drag it out of storage right away and finish the front pan then fix the back window corners this winter. At least the car will be a little more interesting at that point.

I'm mulling over what to do with this car. I just don't have the time to move it forward. The front pan has now been replaced and rear window rust has been repaired. No more rust repairs required. I think at least 1 rocker was replaced long ago. It has a new gas tank and master cylinder and brake lines. The seats have the original covers underneath but the interior is pretty tired. I'm thinking of selling as a roller and selling the brand new pro built 2.45E MFI engine separately. I don't see long hood rollers for sale so its hard to judge.
