Here is another parts are greater than the asking price. a 2.7 Euro MFI motor in a 1970 914-6 body w/ NOS Flares....... D@mn........ imagine if you had the carrera chassis for the MFI motor or the 2.2L motor for the chassis.... Of course I am assuming the numbers authenticate the ads claims...... Here is a motor........ http://www.early911sregistry.org/forums/showthread.php?102839-FS-Euro-Carrera-2-7-RS-Engine/page2&highlight=2.7L%2BMFI%2BEuro+Carrera Last edited by Macroni; 05-13-2016 at 07:01 AM.. |

Engine number 636xxxx is a base model 1976 2.7, not a Euro Carrera MFI engine. It may have MFI conversion on it, but it's just a plain jane engine.

His write up did appear crafted around the motor but clear with the numbers. Still not a bad looking ride..... |

Needs paint, but would be an awesome little car. It's basically a homemade 916.

Agree, what an awesome driver. Having that MFI engine sitting directly behind you making all the right noises!
On the other hand if the MFI needed adjusting, that would be interesting
