Tartan price help

Found this on ebay.. Good price? Need to re-do front seats, door panels and the rear side panels and rear seats eventually.. $185 a yard seems a bit steep, but just started pricing this stuff.

Are you looking to replace what you have (tartan interior)?
Or stay with Porsche items?

Otherwise use the search button on the internet machine to search out Tartan.
TONS of options much cheaper

Looking to replace what I have and that's the pattern I linked. I would like to stay with Porsche tartan although my car isn't original I really want to do it with original tartan as I like that look with the cork and green exterior.

I would say then stay with what you have if thats what you like.
Those are from GTS classics. Might be easier/cheaper to send them your seats?
My guess is its probably not too easy to find.

Weather you buy at 150 a yard or 175 a yard the price difference is not going to matter in the end. Are you rebuilding the seats your self?. If it were me I would let the person rebuilding the seats supply the material .

Just looking to get the material so I have extra as well for the other parts of the car.. don't want to send out of state for the seats. Would like to just take the seats and material to the shop and not deal with shipping newly reupholstered seats. I'll do a little more searching on gooogle monster, but will probably just buy it from that person since it's domestic..

I think I saw the material at SMS when I was there recently, as mentioned above.

Here's a link to the material on German Ebay. I have a catalog I picked up at Techno Classica Essen a couple of years ago and I think they are the actual manufacturer of the material. I'll try to post it tomorrow, but here's a seller with it:
Sitzstoff Autostoff Bezugsstoff Porsche - Schottenkaro beige braun Streifen *NEU | eBay

I'm looking at Tartan inserts. Not original to my car, but my seats are pretty toasty and need restoration.
Sooo, I bought a pair of beat up seats and want to recover in a combo vinyl/tartan or leather Tartan then get the original seats recovered at some point

Quick question since this is already here.
How many yards of fabric do you need to do inserts for the front seats? (Standard)
