Great purchase experience with Steve Centorino

I thought I'd post a positive experience I had with fellow Pelican and broker Steve Centorino (stevec993).

I consider myself lucky that I caught Steve's listing just a few minutes after he posted it. Steve responded immediately to my email and the process from there on was smooth and pleasant. I had the good luck of having a friend who lives about an hour away go look at and drive the car the next day with a deposit in hand. Most of these cars get snatched up right away by local buyers, but Steve recognized I was serious and held my deposit while I had the car PPI'd. Most sellers won't do that in the current market since many don't like to hassle with PPI's because they know an easier sale without one is usually right around the corner. Makes buying quite difficult long distance. After the PPI, Steve and I agreed on a price, we made the transaction, and the car was successfully shipped. I didn't once doubt Steve's honesty and he was there via email, phone and text whenever a question came up. He's also been excellent in responding to several questions I've had post-sale. I'd buy another car from him without hesitation.

I remember that ad - nice, clean, honest looking car. I really liked the Escort radar detector as it really brought me back to the good ol' days. Sweet car, I bet you're happy that the right one came along.
