I saw a similar situation about a month ago between CL and eBay. I messed with the guy a little bit. It was pretty hilarious. I found the actual owner and emailed him about it. He reported it to eBay and they pulled the listing down a day or two later. Guess it's pretty common. Scammers...

He copied someone else's pictures and posted them on eBay. I toyed with him a bit. Asking him questions I knew he couldn't answer.

I've seen people do this on cars.com as well. There's even a dealer site online that's full of stolen pics and scams.
