Yes, it's a scam, as you can go into Porsche cars for sale and see the same car with the same plates for $169,500 from the legit seller...

It's on the Pelican classifieds too, at both prices, the real and the fake. Another time this wouldn't be a problem if the dealer would have water-marked his pictures.
