Value of '74 911 Coupe

I would like to hear value opinions on a car I am considering selling.
1974 911 Coupe. I am the 3rd owner. Originally a CA car, no rust or accidents. L60E Irish Green with a tan interior. Has corduroy inserts on seats. Under 100k miles. Has correct engine, has been rebuilt, crank out, Carrera tensioners, w/doc's. Has air w/rotary compressor. Has been fully disassembled and refinished, Interior has been redone w/ Autos Int'l kit.
Runs and drives correctly. Has nice original Fuchs.
What do you think? Thanks, Dan

If you want people to take the time to give you a response, take time to post pictures. Otherwise I'm going to say $20-45k.

74 911s on Hagerty. Sounds like it should be worth at least $30k by your description.

DUDE!!! Irish green!?!? That's a holy grail of a color. Seriously, many people (me included) lust over irish green. Tan interior is great, too. Sounds like the Boss Middie of them all. Hell, if I didn't have to pay the renovations on the house I might buy it myself, and I already have a '74.

At $30k it will be flipped 5 times before it finds it final resting place.

For a reference, in January last year I went to see a very, very nice 74 911S, no sunroof, claimed to be original paint in sahara beige, represented as 67k miles, but with no service records whatsoever, no knowledge if it had ever been checked for pulled head studs, etc. Sweet car, drove very nicely, I'd say it could be described as condition 2.

The guy was asking $60k, I was about to offer in the 50s when he cut me off and told me he had a buyer at full price already lined up with no PPI contingency but I had inquired first so he was giving me right of first refusal. He made it very difficult for me to get a ppi so I ended up passing on the car, but I never heard back from the guy so I would tend to believe it that he sold it for full ask.

The market maybe was stronger a year ago, and it was a non sunroof S, and lower mileage, but all things considered I think you can find a buyer at a price with a 4 handle very easily.

So hard to tell what a car is worth without details. I said it's worth at least $30k by the sound of it. Here's a close comp at the peak of the market. Obviously prices have come down since then. $60k for a 74 911s is completely ridiculous unless it's a true #1.

I saw that listing now a couple times - asking price reduced to 28k. Wondering why it's not selling? Looks like a straightforward driver.
