Value of 930S Steering Wheel

I'm putting the SC back to stock that I recently imported from Japan. It has this steering wheel in it that I'd like to establish a fair value on. The leather is in very nice condition with minimal wear, the Porsche crest is a little faded.

I believe the seams indicate an Atwie wheel. Just check the back spoke.

What should I be seeing on the back spoke to indicate it's origin?

I'm wondering the same thing. My wheel has the same stitch pattern.

I checked the back of the spokes and the leather is glued not stitched so it's the Atwie version, it's in nice shape, so value?

$275 slightly worn to $4-500 for exceptional (with hub and crest,no broken horn ring)...also, the solid gold crest is worth a bit more....

It's not the best shape, but it's comfy to drive with.
The thick area above the spoke with the thumb recess fits your hand perfect.

What was Porsche thinking with their horrible 4 spoke Camry style wheel in a sports car?? Even the MG had a nice sports car wheel. The wheel in the 3.2 was generic junk.

^^^ All the gauges are more visible with the factory wheel shape.

I can see all my gauges just fine. Clear as a bell.

You guys are short. I can't see my gauges regardless of wheel.

Agreed - it is so horrible looking that I can't begin to understand how it ever made it off the design table.

Like I've farted out before, that steering wheel looks like it belongs on a bread delivery truck or Grandma's station wagon.

Ditching that thing for a Momo Mod07 was one of my first "mods" - the factory wheel actually embarrassed my delicate sensibilities.

I'm a fan of 930S steering wheels.

I'm interested in buying this steering wheel to replace my Momo Corse. Please PM me if it is still available.

That one falls into the neither like, nor dislike category for me - not quite "sporty" enough looking for me, but way better than the standard wheel of that era.

I think that Porsche standard wheel is now on most Prius cars.
