The front end and body panels on the 86 are solid and no rust so that's all fine...

The rust one I could use the entire thing for another car or fix the rust.

I was going to suggest getting the Flachbau Slant's VIN and researching it at the M505 Slant registry to see if it was an actual RARE Slant Cab. But, having looked at the link matt930s provided, it seems the seller is claiming it's only an altered/modified '86 Carrera. Oh well..

They mostly deal in very rough cars, which they move around a big warehouse on forklifts. They're not located anywhere near Beverly Hills. They have a contingent of scouts who drive around socal looking for ratty classic cars and lowball the owners bidding like 30% of fair value.

They do more than drive around looking for cars. They have contacts at DMV's that provide registered owner info on specific cars. I have seen that yellow car in person and it's an abortion
