Why do dealers post wanted ads here?

There seems to be a dozen dealers who are brazen serial 'Wanted' ad posters here and on Samba. They are relentless it saying "we pay more", "any condition cars", "cash waiting", etc. Do they really expect enthusiasts on an enthusiast website to offer up cars to them at knock-down prices? When offered viable cars at average retail prices, they vanish into the woodwork. They keep putting up ads, so somebody must be selling them cars.

I know the answer, but it just bugs me.

I have not seen any wanted ads by dealers here, i do see them on the samba and on PCA website i always flag them there. If dealers or flippers were allowed to do this we would have a full spam forum.

It's not just Porsches, it's any car of value. Just check what BHCC gets the most of and that's what the Gypsy's are finding. Porsches have become much more valuable in the last few years so they zero in on them.
Most of those guys know better then to call me, as does Manos.

It's redundant

It was always 65/66 mustangs before, usually red. Porsches are hot, hence the added activity. Everybody wants an "air cooled Porsche"

I used to watch big fat gypsy wedding on occasion. Funny ****. UK Gypsy culture makes our white trash trailer park people look sane.
