Looks great in the photos but have not seen it personally, maybe someone here has? The mods make me a bit hesitant. Appreciate any opinion/info anyone may have.

I’d be very cautious with Florida and Texas cars these days.

There hasn't been enough time yet. None of those cars will be cleaned up and on market until a few months from now.

Maybe, or if you are enough of a cynic, you might believe the photo from houston could be the same car this guy bought.

My new 1972 T is on its way....

I have lived in Tampa for many years and can say that Tampa Bay Sports Cars is a quality organization with absolutely no issues. I would have no reservations at all with purchasing a car from them.

The dial of death means you need a really good PPI done before you make an offer. Once its been dialed up too much bad things happen. Thats not a knock on the selling dealer just a caution on cars with cockpit adjustable boost.

My concern wasn't with the dealer as they're top notch with an excellent reputation but with the mods on the car. Hadn't heard "dial of death"knob before, used to call them "hand grenade" motors. Would a compression/leak down tell the story? What else? Mods were done in 1991 with close to 20K miles since.

A compression check would go a long way to seeing if the Dial of Death over boosted the motor. I have seen rings blown right off the pistons from dialing up too much boost.

Again, its not a knock on the seller at all its just something that needs to be checked carefully before a purchase and then remove the DoD if you buy the car.

Car looks very nice. Good luck!!
