WTB: Windscreen

Does anyone have a windscreen they would like to unload at a reasonable price for a 2000 R1100S?

When I bought the bike it had a 18" BMW screen and plenty of buffeting at the base of my helmet. 6'1, 32 inseam, stock seat, bar risers for what it's worth.

I'm thinking maybe 14"-16" might work better- any manufacturer.

Thanks

Alternative

If you decide to consider something taller, rather than shorter, I have a Cee Bailey 22" screen in perfect condition. You can let me know if you're interested.

Knowman-

Not sure how to say this but... Does the 22" screen follow the same angle of the 18" and this makes it just 4" longer with little increase in rise or does the angle increase making the screen closer to 4" higher?

Hope that makes sense

R11SATL: I can give you a hook-up on a new Cee Bailey's

Go to our site and take a look at the sizes and shapes: R1100S windscreens

I can help you figure it out if need be. Just PM me here and we can talk.

Ivan

I put one on from San Jose BMW and like it a lot. No buffeting and nice shape for my 6'1" frame and looks sporty. A lot of the oversize screens look a bit frumpy on the bike.

Mine is the nearer of the 2 BCR's

Looks like you're covered

Mine is clear. As you probably now know, the angle is the same. Nice screen for the taller rider. If you still have a need, mine's available. About new condition. Good luck.

R11SATL, are you still looking for a windscreen? I have one of these:

MRA Sport Spoiler Screen -- note their little graphic depicting the air flow, maybe this what you are looking for? I'm not using it so let me know if you are interested.

Garage
I have the stock (short) windscreen lying around. I was gonna e-bay it but I've been a little lazy as of late. Let me get a pic and price up.

Sent you a PM

R11SATL -- Dropped a private message for you. If you send me e-mail, I'll send you a couple of pics of the CeeBailey. PeterZ's MRA windscreen looks good, if you're going to go for a short shield.
