Fs 1999 r1100s
It currently has 47K well cared for miles on it, but it looks, rides, runs and represents itself as being in excellent condition. The bike has been maintained meticulously and currently needs nothing. It has a show quality paint job which could easily be valued @ 2K. I took these photos on a cloudy day to try and convey the quality of paint work. It has the sport shocks on it which came from a 2004 Boxer cup and they currently have about 20K miles on them. It also has a shorter a arm such that the wheel base and ride height are exactly as a Boxer cup would be so it has a 34inch seat height. It also has a Remus exhaust and performance chip for remapping. It comes complete with bags. This bike attracts more attention than my buddies 2004 Boxer cup. 4500.00 obo.

+1 on Rapid's comment - this is one of the nicest paint jobs I have ever seen on the S. Beautiful!

Thanks guys. That .means allot since I did it myself. I'm a hobbyist painter. I could never do it for a living as I spend way to much time .making it perfect. I'm about to buy a low mileage Boxercup with motor work and lots of goodies from a fellow pelican member and I've had a thought or two about swapping the bodywork. One thing is for sure, its a tough market for for R11's. At this rate I may make more parting it out.

Wow. That's the color combo paint and wheels that I've thought of often. Even drew something out that looked similar.
Should you part it out.. Dibs on the plastic! Fantastic Job. |
