It wont be that hard to fix by an experience body man. Your problem will be when the insurance company totals it and if you keep it have to get a reconstructed title. That will hurt the resale value...

Power wash the rack and all the hoses get everything clean then look for the leak. You may save yourself a lot of money. If you don't clean it the leak will be hard to find.
