Yeah I would be curious too. It was hard to walk away from the bike but I knew I don't want the CF fixed if insurance won't replace them given the cost. Once it's fixed, it's never the same again..

Yup that's the reason why the bike was totaled. Replacing all the damaged CF would've cost over $16K based on their estimate. Hopefully the HP2 community is small enough I can warn potential buyer...

That's not the price. I think $12k is about the max they got offer on Ebay. They want $18.5k which is somewhat in line of what dealer want for 08 with ABS, without it, it's a bit on the expensive...

That's high market value but it's a good thing if you have a total loss and insurance base the value on that, let's just say I got more than that when all said and done for 08 with ABS :D
