Leak in power steering lines

I think you are right. I was able to reconnect the line and used some "liquid weld" to help hold it in as the threads are ruined.

Timing Belt Change

I just recieved a quote of $600 to replace the timing belt and balance shaft belt. They also suggest changing out the water pump at the same time, for another $120. I have no idea what this should...

I'll check the battery cables, but I don't think this is the problem. It is pretty clean there. Also, the car turns over (no ticking), it just doesn't seem like it is getting fuel.
