Business CD conversion

I've got a 1998 528i which has the cassette deck. I'd like to install a BMW Business CD deck. I find a few on E-Bay but I'm not sure if they will fit. Is there a easy way to know which ones will fit?

PCV system?

Most US cars have PCV (positive crankcase ventilation) systems that require periodic replacement. Is there such a part or system on late model BMWs? I've got a 1998 528i and a 2002 325Ci.
