Will do in the AM, 6 in total for the fan, 4 in total for the alternator. Equal amount in between and outside the pullies. Tension seems correct.

Got the valve adjustment done, started the car and the tapping noise was completely gone. Of course I was ecstatic and ready to take it on a test...
