I have a lower geared rear end that will fit all the R1100S models. The ratio is 33/11. It does not have the hole for the speedo pickup. This is the best by far improvement you can make to this bike...

I have a complete rear drive unit which has a lower gear ratio (stamped 33/11) that will fit a R1100S. I have used this unit several times to play in the curves. This is a must have for a track bike....
