Thanks Marv, can you see a catch tray behind the vents now that the headliner is out? I assume they would design it in such a way that there was a natural way for water to escape.

My new to me '89 Carrera is making an awful noise at startup when cold - like the starter gear is not fully engaging the flywheel. Sometimes it just spins and nothing. It always eventually catches....
