I'm not sure the size of the gap, but it's between the top edge of the pad and the dash. If you're going to replace with a later set, I'd replace both. Good used 69-73 pads are like hens teeth.

69-73 model kneepads are slightly different to later models. Later model kneepads would leave a slight gap.

door hinge bolts

Am still after 12 door hinge screws as in the photo. The bolts from Porsche are not same, they are allan key six sided screws.

Hi, I'm after 12x dooor hinge bolts. They are the 12 point pan head screws part no.014 707 4. These are for a 1970MY 911.

Am replacing pistons and cylinders as they are shot. I don't want to replace the crank as it's good . Thought about going to 2.4 but would like to keep it 2.2.

I don't know the law in the States, but in the UK using a mobile phone (cellphone) whilst driving is illegal and would result in a fine and points on your licence.Hands free are ok.
