Update: Went ahead and installed a new ignition...

Update: Went ahead and installed a new ignition switch and everything seems to work just fine now.... Looks like a bad ignition switch can produce a number of different symptoms...

Hope someone can help. I have a 2001 Boxster S with 78K miles. I replaced my ignition switch in 2009 at 54K miles. The symptoms back in 2009 were the common ones like key hard to turn or gets stuck....
