I ordered the cord from rosepassion.com so it should be the right one. But I've received many low quality or non-fitting parts from them.
It is stiff and I will use a bungee instead.

That relay was probably pulled because of the annoying buzzer.
Was reading that it wires through the door switch and can affect auto dome light.

I will probably just leave...

Problem solved ��

I took both lock assemblies to the vice and bent them straight just a few degrees.
Also put some grease.

Now they open perfectly ����

Yes but no difference.

The car was in the body shop and probably little filler and paint on the door side made the handle come out a millimeter.
Also the new gasket might ad a millimeter.

The fork must have been bent at some point because it was okay before.

Will traighten and grease it up.
I was just rubbing it with lock oil.
