Thanks Fred - from all that I was reading and all that I could research, it did seem to me that you would be sending wires across the engine (the previous owner had a wire diagram but no manual etc)....

Scott, I'll take a pic in the am - there is a breather element on the flip side of the port (in engine bay) but I don't see anywhere that would connect to the tank - I'll post tomorrow.
