cut out rust, or try to weld up those holes....you'll burn thru alot doing that though. What I would honestly do is take a sheet of metal, and hammer it with a ball peen hammer to match that current...

no reason for a bus crank, except they're probably cheaper than a p-crank.

Bus length I thought was same as P-car, BUT i was trying to see if i could build a low-compression engine to turbo.

What exactly is a wiper pump? I hope you didnt backdate to vacuum operated wipers...a RARE...
