I guess I will ask the question: Aren’t 930 brakes overkill for a ‘69? Isn’t there an upgrade for a car of that weight (assuming it will be a street car) that would be less hassle?

Engine fuse panel bracket question

I am restoring a 1970 911T. The fuse panel bracket mounted in the engine bay has a “03” painted on it in white paint. It looks to be original. Is it original? If so, what does it mean?
