Voltage don't mean much. Invest in an inexpensive amp-clamp, then clamp a wire on a element, any amps when you think it should be on ?? No amps = no heat.

6 of 8 injectors were stuck closed ;)
I bumped them with 30v from my benchtop power supply to un-stick them.

I spoke to RC tech support, this sheet happens from time to time. Nothing to worry...
