if i turn key to start nothing....if i turn key 3/4 of way so accessory lights come on wait a few seconds and then complete the turn it will start. i have a fair mechanic, in the 70s...

1977 911 S ..question...pop off valve is catching on air filter....was installed by previous owner, i basically depressed small area of air filter and it may have solved issue but in looking at this...

1. old carpet was stitched into the Ebrake/defroster rubber boot as well as seat belt rubber...
